Nicola started Pupillage in Chambers in October 2011, having completed the BVC in June 2010. During the intervening year, Nicola worked for a national advocacy service exercising rights of audience in the County Court as a solicitors’ agent. Nicola was instructed in mortgage possession, charging orders, return of goods and bankruptcy matters and attended case management hearings.
Nicola’s Pupil Master is Matthew Pascall with whom Nicola is gaining experience in Common Law Civil and Crime.
