Victoria  practises in all areas of family law.

Public Law Children: Advising and acting for parents, extended family members, local authorities and children in care and adoption proceedings at all levels, including Placement and Special Guardianship applications arising under the Adoption and Children Act 2002.

Private Law Children: Victoria’s experience covers all aspects of private law children cases at all levels, including complex (and intractable) residence and contact disputes, cases with an international element, allegations of child abuse within a private law context, and private law cases involving serious domestic violence and related fact finding hearings.

Ancillary Relief: Advising and acting in all aspects of ancillary relief and related enforcement proceedings.

Victoria has a background in criminal law, personal injury, employment and housing law.

As a pupil Victoria was involved in the case of Q v Q (Ancillary Relief: Periodical Payments) [2005] EWHC 402 (Fam), [2005] 2 FLR 640 (court also had regard to likely future decreases in salary in the case of a professional footballer).

Victoria is a keen sportswoman. Her other interests include cooking, theatre and travel.
