The clerks accept instructions on behalf of our barristers. They have an extensive knowledge of each barristers’ practice and are able to recommend individual barristers best suited to deal with each particular case.

Simon Morris - Senior Clerk

Simon rejoined Chambers in January 2009 as Senior Clerk after 2 years as First Junior Clerk at 23 Essex Street. He is available to handle queries regarding any aspect of Chambers work. Simon is a qualified member of the IBC.

Gavin Street  - First Junior

Gavin joined Chambers in February 2008. His efficiency and gentle nature make him popular with both members of Chambers and clients. Amongst other things, he is responsible for the daily management of Chambers' diary.

Theresa Applerley - Fees Clerk

Theresa joined Chambers in August 2006, after having worked previously as bookkeeper for an accountant . She is AAT qualified. She deals with all Chambers' finances, including aged debt and fee collecting.
